my family stayed at hard rock hotel for two nights, and it was truly outstanding! the staff were friendly and welcoming. they gave great advice for sightseeing excursions. the surrounding rock memorabilia and awesome music playlist made our stay even better. we loved how close it was to junior's for a delicious breakfast too!

However, noise from the street below occasionally interrupted the peaceful vibe, and parking options were limited, which could be inconvenient for guests with vehicles.

The location was just steps away from Times Square, which was perfect for exploring the area. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was wonderful, from the door crew to the security. They have a great rooftop bar that's close to all the entertainment and shopping spots you could want. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.
